All orders are done through PayPal. Select your items by adding to bag and proceed through to checkout. Shipping will be added when you get to checkout for your review before purchasing. If you decide to remove an item, click back to the cart and remove item.If you are not ready to finalise payment you can continue shopping.

If you make a mistake in purchasing don't worry, the problem will be easily resolved.

Paypal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller.None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.

Not a PayPal member?
At checkout you will be given the option to sign up to PayPal if you are not already a member, this only takes a minute and is exactly the same as using a credit card to pay. We recommend using PayPal because of it's high security and easy transaction.

Direct Deposit
If you are not comfortable paying with a credit card, we will happily accept a direct deposit. Please email hello@beneaththesun.com.au to organise payment via direct deposit

All items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. We use Australia post for all our deliveries which usually takes 2-10 days to arrive depending where you are. We choose to send registered post for some items to track your postage easier. We understand you want to get your order as quickly and safely as possible and endeavour to get you your purchase as soon as possible. If you request express post, please add this in your email of purchase.

Yes we do! Please email us for a quote on your order with details of where it is to be sent and we can arrange this for you as quickly as possible. Examples of international shipping prices will be on the website soon.

Each item we send is packaged with care and in perfect condition. If the item arrives damaged please contact us immediately to organise return. If you require a refund we will need a copy of your receipt of payment and the product will need to be intact with no damage. Phone us or email to discuss any issues so we can resolve them quickly and happily.
